Pay Rate Pay Rate: $24.64 / Hour Secret Clearance Required Secret Clearance Required Job Schedule DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM How This Role Works Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Possess an active DoD Secret clearance. Possess a Guard Card or license preferred. Possess CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
