Lead Product Manager

Owning the Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem, the full-time Lead Product Manager will define the 3-year strategy and roadmap, build internal financial tools, and drive workflow changes across finance teams in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities: Define and manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ledger Subscriber Ecosystem, aligning with Project TrueNorth priorities Build and deliver platform capabilities such as reconciliation reports and data products for internal finance users Drive adoption of ledger-based workflows across Treasury, Accounting, and Payment Operations, replacing manual processes with reliable tools Required qualifications: 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 4 years in fintech or enterprise SaaS focused on financial data and reconciliation Experience building products for internal finance or operations users, specifically in Treasury, Accounting, or FP&A Deep understanding of financial data flows, including ledgering, bank reconciliation, and month-end close processes Proven track record of platform delivery, including writing PRDs and tracking outcomes with metrics Ability to lead cross-functional programs involving Finance, Risk, Compliance, or Legal stakeholders
