We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Director of Operations to become the operational backbone of a growing real estate business.

This is a high-trust role working directly with the team leader while taking ownership of the systems, details, deadlines, marketing, transactions, financial tracking, and behind-the-scenes work that keep the business moving forward.

You will have significant visibility into the business and a real opportunity to help shape how it grows.

What You’ll Own

Your responsibilities will span several areas of the business, including:

• Executive & Personal Support: Manage personal and professional needs for the team leader, anticipate priorities, coordinate details, and help protect her time and focus.
• Business Operations: Keep projects, systems, deadlines, and priorities organized while identifying what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
• Transaction Coordination: Help manage real estate transactions from contract through closing, keeping deadlines, documents, clients, agents, and vendors on track.
• Marketing: Coordinate and execute ongoing marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, campaigns, property marketing, and brand-related projects.
• Website Management: Keep website content accurate, current, relevant, and aligned with the team's marketing and SEO strategy.
• Blog & Content Writing: Create and coordinate useful, engaging real estate and community-focused content.
• Financial Tracking: Maintain accurate spreadsheets, monitor expenses and business numbers, organize financial information, and help leadership understand where the business stands.
• Future Planning: Help turn ideas and long-term goals into organized projects, timelines, systems, and actionable next steps.
• Event Preparation: Coordinate the details behind client events, community events, team functions, trainings, and other special projects.

This position has variety by design. Some days you may be reviewing transaction deadlines and updating financial reports. Another day you may be coordinating an event, improving a system, updating the website, or helping turn a new business idea into an actual plan.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Experience in real estate operations, executive support, transaction coordination, marketing, or a similar high-responsibility role is strongly preferred.

We would especially love to meet candidates with experience using:

• KW Command CRM
• AI tools for writing, research, organization, automation, and productivity
• Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
• Real estate transaction management systems
• Website and content management platforms
• Social media and digital marketing tools

A real estate license is a strong plus , but it is not required for the right candidate.

More important is your ability to learn quickly, take ownership, communicate clearly, and follow through.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in Robinson Township PA .

You will initially work in the office two days per week , with the remainder of your schedule structured around the needs of the position remotely.

As you demonstrate strong productivity, communication, reliability, and ownership of your responsibilities, additional remote work flexibility can be earned.
