States Of Guernsey Full time Ref: 20261024 Opened: 16/06/2026 Closes: 29/06/2026 Warehousing & Inventory Specialist The States of Guernsey are looking for a Warehousing & Inventory Specialist to join the team at Policy and Resources. The post holder will be expected to be responsible for the accurate receipt, physical verification, control, storage, and preparation of inventory across Health and Social Care (HSC) stores, warehouses, and designated delivery points. The role operates across multiple locations, including central warehouse and hospital-based environments, and requires participation in a structured rotation to support service continuity, consistency of standards, and cross-functional capability. The role plays a critical control function within the Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring that Goods Receipts reflect the actual physical receipt and acceptance of goods, are completed accurately in SAP, and that inventory records remain reliable and auditable. The postholder supports the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring that goods are correctly received, stored, and prepared for dispatch, enabling efficient and reliable delivery to end users.
