Job Summary As a Licensed Child, Youth & Family Therapist / Team Lead at MultiCare, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families while serving as a clinical leader and mentor for interns in counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy programs. Your role combines direct client care with leadership to support the growth of master’s‑level interns, promote high quality behavioral health care, and advance MultiCare’s mission of partnering for healing and a healthy future. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families. Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns. Support intern recruitment, onboarding, and successful integration into the clinical team. Provide weekly individual and group supervision focused on clinical growth, ethical practice, and professional development. Coach developing clinicians on assessment, treatment planning, documentation, evidence‑based interventions, and client engagement. Monitor clinical quality, caseload management, productivity, and performance to ensure outstanding client outcomes. Promote adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices. Partner with program leadership to support operational goals, clinical excellence, and a positive learning environment. Serve as a trusted clinical resource, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and high‑quality behavioral health care. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Licensed in Washington as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Valid Washington State driver’s license and abstract. Experience providing psychotherapy, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and group therapy. Ability to conduct psychiatric or psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Strong documentation skills and ability to use electronic health record systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range: $39.85 – $57.35 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and credentials. Potential up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified external candidates.
