We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Watford City, ND. The Store Manager oversees daily operations, leads and develops the store team, and drives sales and profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time, in-person role paying $80,000 – $90,000 per year based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling and security
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule and develop store associates and key holders
- Drive sales and meet store targets for revenue, margin, labor and shrink
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, receiving and stock rotation
- Maintain merchandising, cleanliness and store standards
- Resolve customer concerns and model outstanding customer service
- Analyze sales and operational reports and take action to improve results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail management experience (Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager)
- Proven track record of meeting sales and budget goals
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling and inventory software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
