Warehouse Receiver Full Time Sun Prairie, WI, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1064 Salary Range: $23.00 To $25.00 Annually Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Receiver to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly by receiving incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, putting away materials, and preparing equipment and materials for upcoming jobs. Medical Insurance: Health: 50% of the premium is covered by Cardinal Dental: 50% of the premium is covered by Cardinal Life insurance: $10,000 is covered by Cardinal 401K with a 4% Company Match Paid Continuing Education Paid Holidays, Vacation Time, and Sick Days What You’ll Do Receive Incoming Deliveries Ensure deliveries are placed in the designated receiving area upon arrival. Compare delivered materials against packing slips to verify quantities and accuracy. Release received deliveries to the warehouse team for put-away. Maintain accurate digital records of incoming materials and equipment. Identify and manage missing or partially received purchase orders. Move received materials to the appropriate shelves, bins, cages, and warehouse locations. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving and storage area. Locate and stage materials needed for upcoming HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical jobs. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping, or material-handling experience preferred. Experience with inventory management software is a plus. ServiceTitan and/or Ply experience is a plus but not required .
