Are you a motivated recruiter who thrives on building relationships and making successful placements? We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and help connect top talent with outstanding career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
• Conduct phone, in-person and virtual interviews.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs.
• Manage candidates through the hiring process from sourcing to placement.
• Utilize recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms to identify talent.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, sales, staffing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting software is a plus.
