Julio Jones Kia is looking for a motivated and dependable Delivery Specialist / Lot Porter to join our team!

This position plays a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customer delivery while helping create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer delivery
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot
• Fuel and inspect vehicles before delivery
• Assist customers by demonstrating basic vehicle features and technology
• Move vehicles safely throughout the lot and service areas
• Ensure vehicle displays are clean, properly parked, and priced
• Assist with dealer trades, vehicle pickups, and deliveries as needed
• Keep inventory organized and report any vehicle damage or concerns
• Support sales and service departments with various tasks

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining vehicle appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday
