Introduction Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering full-time or part-time opportunities working with dogs and cats in a well-established small animal practice. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality veterinary care across a broad range of services, including wellness, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. Responsibilities include performing complete diagnostic workups, developing treatment plans, conducting surgical and dental procedures, and prescribing medications in accordance with regulatory standards. You will be expected to maintain accurate medical records, communicate effectively with clients, and educate them on preventative care and treatment options. The role also involves promoting patient safety, supporting team collaboration, and contributing to a positive and efficient hospital environment. Practice Details This is a full-service veterinary hospital focused on delivering compassionate, relationship-driven care to dogs and cats. Services offered include parasite prevention, wellness exams, microchipping, health screenings, nutrition and behavior support, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, house calls, urgent care, and boarding. The practice emphasizes individualized treatment plans, strong client relationships, and a collaborative culture centered on high-quality patient care. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. Team The team consists of 6 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
