Business-to-technology translator.Partners with business and technology leaders identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI opportunities.Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and barriers to keep initiatives moving.Establish governance, metrics, operating rhythms, and accountability across AI portfolio.What you’ll bring:As an Associate Director-Technology II, within the AI Accelerator Team, this position owns AI Solutions Delivery across product, architecture, data, and technical teams, driving the roadmap, execution, priorities, and outcomes for AI initiatives across multiple organizations. A strategic business-to-technology translator, this leader develops high performing teams, manages complex portfolios and dependencies, and simplifies complexity to deliver large-scale transformation and measurable business value.Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals ensuring the development, delivery, and optimization of IT operations across various technical sub-families to align with organizational goals and drive innovation. Sub-family areas are Agile, Software Design and Delivery, Tech Business Support for IT orgs, Database, Systems Architecture and Engineering, Systems Technical Support, and Software Delivery Project/Program Management.What you’ll need:Required Experience:5+ years of related experience in area of professional responsibility5+ years in a technology architect and/or developer role5+ years' experience managing direct reports.Desired Qualifications:Strategic leader driving execution and delivery discipline.Strong leader who develops high-performing delivery teams.Manage complex portfolios, roadmaps, risks, and dependencies.Turn operational challenges into measurable AI solutions.Able to simplify complexity, delivering large-scale transformation.Drive alignment and rapid solutioning.Partner across teams to drive alignment and strategic direction.Desired Education:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science is preferredSupervisor: Yes Our Assoc Director-Technology II jobs earn between $171,000.00 - $287,200.00 USD Annual.
