Community Manager Moreland & Drakewood Apartments | Portland, TN USDA Rural Development Experience Required | Competitive Salary + Bonuses Brookside Properties is hiring an experienced Community Manager to oversee Moreland Apartments and Drakewood Apartments in Portland, TN. These are USDA Rural Development communities , making affordable housing experience essential for this role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced property management professional who enjoys working in smaller communities, building strong resident relationships, and taking ownership of day‑to‑day operations.
