About the Role
The Company is a global leader in the chemicals and petrochemicals sector, known for its innovative and customer-focused approach. The organization is in search of a Vice President for North America to spearhead the regional operations, with a primary focus on shaping and executing the business strategy to drive commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the region's P&L, leading the development of the growth strategy, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record in the industry, particularly in aerosols, refinish, industrial coatings, or adhesives, and experience in retail is advantageous. The Vice President will be tasked with leading a high-performing team, identifying new market opportunities, and leading complex commercial negotiations, all while ensuring the business is positioned for sustained long-term growth. The ideal candidate for the Vice President role at the company will have a background in the chemicals and petrochemicals sector, with a focus on aerosols, refinish, industrial coatings, or adhesives. They should be a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving sustainable revenue growth and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
