Key RequirementsMetrology and Inspection expert in eBeam/SEM domainStrong data analytic skill. Programming experience is a plusThorough in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gapsDefinition and implementation of metrology solutions addressing the gapsInterface with customers regarding technical requirements, analyses, and schedulesCreate & lead new methodologies in order to optimize system performance for specific applicationsComplex problem-solving; ability to take a new perspective on existing solutionsPerform CnFs and qualification of new metrology approachesAnalyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities within the system envelope to customer sitesDocumentation of BKMs and proceduresLead customer technical review meetingsDeliver training to new employees and target customersAbility to work individually and in groupsAbility to explain difficult or sensitive information; build consensus around ideas/implementationsExperienceMust have at least 2 years of proven experience with operating SEM metrology systems in the semiconductor industryDemonstrated capability to lead projects from kick-off till completion, with clear planning and periodic/final reportingAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
