Certified Nurse Midwife - Charlotte, North CarolinaA rapidly growing maternity care practice in western North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care across the reproductive and perinatal continuum. This position includes delivering full-scope midwifery services in outpatient, hospital, and virtual settings, supporting labor and birth, providing gynecologic and postpartum care, participating in on-call coverage, and working closely with an interdisciplinary care team, all supported by a competitive compensation package.Experience providing full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic servicesStrong clinical judgment with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based careExperience with telehealth platforms and digital clinical documentation preferredAdditional skills in early pregnancy loss management, perinatal mental health, or bedside ultrasound are desirableActive Certified Nurse Midwife licensure in North Carolina and current AMCB certificationResidents enjoy access to outdoor recreation, including lakes, greenways, hiking trails, and nearby mountain destinations.
