Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years current Labor & Delivery experience, Post Partum/Mother Baby experience required License: Massachusetts RN license required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification, Active STABLE Certification Must-Have: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Traveler must have their own vehicle - Requested time off must be noted during submission - All scheduling requests must be detailed at the time of submission Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery. The nurse will collaborate closely with obstetricians and midwives to meet birthing preferences and needs. Individualized care and guidance will be provided to mothers and babies. Staff will include experienced obstetrical nurses and lactation consultants. Mandatory requirements include two years of current Labor & Delivery experience and Post Partum/Mother Baby experience. The position calls for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Traveler must possess a Massachusetts RN license and have BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications. Availability for every other weekend and holidays is required.
