Job Description
The Scheduler/Front Desk professional reports to the Office Manager and coordinates client appointments while providing welcoming, organized front desk support. This role manages daily scheduling through Appointy, checks clients in upon arrival, w21handles email correspondence, and supports a smooth client experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule client consultations using Appointy.
- Provide front desk reception and welcome visitors.
- Manage visitor check-in efficiently and professionally.
- Handle routine email correspondence.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in scheduling and front desk administration.
- Basic tax preparation knowledge.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Availability 7 days a week between 6:00am-6:00pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with appointment scheduling software, preferably Appointy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with payment processing.
- Strong customer service skills.
