As our Food Processing Project Engineer - Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing innovative turnkey processing lines. You'll work closely with vendors to align on deliverables and ensure project schedules are met. Supporting customers with start-up training and offering troubleshooting support will also be key parts of your role. Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of turnkey processing lines, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary materials and services, fostering strong partnerships for seamless project execution
Provide expert guidance and support to customers during start-up training, ensuring smooth transitions and operational success
Offer troubleshooting support for delivered processing lines, addressing issues promptly to maintain high performance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in food processing operations
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
