Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care, implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients achieve their recovery goals.

This role primarily focuses on adult orthopedic patients , with opportunities to gain experience in pelvic health, women's health, pediatrics, neurology, and other specialty areas .
Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage approximately 50-60 patient visits per week .

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active or eligible Wyoming PTA license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-6:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call
• Flexible scheduling for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
