This is a very well known, respected company that has a very positive atmosphere. Located near Dayton they need a person who has administrative skills to assist with preparation and processing of escrow documents, gather information from purchase contracts, order payoffs and review title commitments. Oversee deadlines and critical dates for escrow closings. They need someone with excellent organizational and time-management skills, good computer skills and a strong attention to details. This is a well established firm with multiple locations in Ohio. Excellent benefits. Up to $55K to start depending on skills and knowledge of real estate transaction documents.
