Contract Specialist II - Federal Acquisition & Compliance

Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Exempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ *************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD********************** Duties & Responsibilities: Performs contract administration and procurement support activities. Prepares and reviews solicitation packages, contracts, and modifications. Ensures compliance with applicable acquisition regulations and policies. Coordinates with program and technical personnel on procurement requirements. Supports contract closeout activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) Ability to prepare and review procurement documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to ensure compliance with acquisition policies Organizational skills Communication skills Minimum/General Experience: 4 years to 6 years of related experience Minimum Education: BS/BA degree in Business, Acquisition, or related field (or equivalent) Disclaimer: The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
