We live by four core values: Be Dependable, Be Valuable, Be Thoughtful, and Make a Difference.Position Summary The Welder/Fabricator repairs, modifies, and fabricates components for John Deere construction, forestry, and industrial equipment in both shop and field environments. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding repairs on heavy equipment, attachments, and structural components.Fabricate metal parts and assemblies from drawings, measurements, and specifications.Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.Complete work orders and repair documentation accurately.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience welding and fabricating heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or structural steel preferred.Strong welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint-reading skills.Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.Valid driver's license required.Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in shop and outdoor environments.Why Join Beard?Competitive pay and benefitsPaid training and career advancement opportunitiesWork on industry-leading John Deere equipmentA company culture built on teamwork, integrity, and service excellenceReady to Join the Beard Team?
