Part Time Dentist Job Opportunity Mid America Health (MAH) is currently seeking a Part Time Dentist (16–24 hours/week; days flexible; 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) to work between the Kentucky State Penitentiary and Western Kentucky Correctional Complex in Eddyville, KY. This opportunity is ideal for dentists seeking a general dentistry position outside of a private practice, new graduates, or retired dentists who are not ready to retire. Job Duties Screening and examinations Restorative procedures (fillings) Extractions (simple) Prosthodontic care Qualifications Current Kentucky Dental License Active DEA registration Current CPR certification for healthcare providers Benefits and Perks Competitive wages of $90 per hour $2,000–$4,000 sign‑on bonus 401(k) plan No late nights or weekends Low‑stress positions and excellent work/life balance Opportunity to serve an underserved population About the Role The position focuses on general dentistry services including preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care.
