About Us

Titan Water Solutions is a residential water treatment company serving the Tampa Bay area. We install and maintain whole-home water systems for thousands of local households and growing. We're a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in doing right by our customers, and we're looking for someone organized, friendly, and dependable to be the voice and the engine behind our day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the person keeping our service and install schedule running smoothly. Day to day, that looks like:

• Answering incoming calls, texts, and voicemails from customers — and following up promptly
• Scheduling installs and service visits in our routing software
• Helping customers with questions like when their next service is scheduled, what their plan covers, and how their system works
• Walking customers through basic system troubleshooting over the phone (we'll train you on this — no plumbing background required)
• Tracking Titan Care subscription renewals and payments in Square, and sending install invoices
• Determining when a service call needs to be scheduled vs. resolved over the phone, and collecting service-call payment up front when applicable

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone presence — warm, patient, and clear with customers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; you don't let things slip through the cracks
• Comfortable learning new software (scheduling tools, payment systems)
• Able to stay calm and solution-focused, even with a frustrated customer
• Reliable and self-directed — you can own your daily task list without being micromanaged
• A genuine willingness to learn how our water systems work so you can confidently help customers

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Prior customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or office coordinator experience
• Background in home services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.)
• Familiarity with ServiceCore, Square, or similar tools
