Visual Communications Specialist

Visual Communications Specialist | Austin, TX We’re working with an innovative space and aerospace technology company looking for a talented Visual Communications Specialist to join its growing team in Austin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who genuinely enjoys PowerPoint and presentation design and knows how to take complicated technical or business information and turn it into something clear, polished and visually engaging. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Engineering and senior designers to create presentations, technical visuals and marketing collateral supporting cutting-edge satellite and spacecraft technology. What you'll be doing: Designing and producing polished PowerPoint presentations Creating diagrams, charts, icons and presentation layouts Supporting fast-turnaround requests from Business Development and Marketing Developing one-pagers, digital graphics and trade show materials Maintaining presentation templates and content libraries Applying established brand standards consistently Working with technical and engineering stakeholders to understand complex content What we're looking for: 2-5 years of presentation, graphic design or marketing communications experience Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling fundamentals Ability to simplify technical or business information visually Comfortable working across multiple projects and quick deadlines Strong attention to detail Collaborative and receptive to feedback Portfolio demonstrating strong presentation and visual communication work Experience within aerospace, defense, government, technology, manufacturing or another highly regulated industry is a bonus. This is an on-site position in Austin, TX .
