We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant. Benefits Quarterly Bonuses 401k Sick Pay Health Coverages 20% Discounts for employees and Family Free Meals while Working Full Time or Part Time Responsibilities A Shift Leader supervises a team of Restaurant Employees Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity Train and evaluate employees Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues Control Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies 8-Week Training Plan for certification Qualifications Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent People Skills - Motivate/Train Employees Strong leadership qualities Positive Attitude/Friendly A Shift Leader must be able to multi task Flexible schedule Must be at Least 18 Years of Age #J-18808-Ljbffr
