Job Description

Emergency Department work hours will be rotating, variable hours consisting of variable length\n
\nshifts to meet 80 hours/2weeks. Additional hours may be scheduled by mutual agreement to\n
\nmeet the clinical needs of the department.\n
\n
\nDuties include provision of emergencies and urgent treatment to patients that have illnesses\n
\nwithin the scope of practice of Emergency Medicine, General Internal Medicine, and Family\n
\nPractice. Consulting services will be utilized as necessary. Some patent care visits may be\n
\nremote if physician is assigned to cover tele-EC duty.\n
\nFurther duties required of the position can be discussed at the time of interview.\n
\nEmergency Medicine Physicians must be qualified to diagnose, treat, stabilize, and manage\n
\nEmergency Department and Hospital patents according to standard, usual, and acceptable\n
\nmethods, and techniques.
