Customer Service Representative Woods Comfort Systems is growing, and we're looking for a high‑energy, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! Learn more about who we are: About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Handle a multi‑line phone system. Schedule appointments. Coordinate return visits when parts arrive. Maintain accurate customer records. Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members is essential. Pay & Benefits Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Bonus: Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales & follow‑up sales Benefits: Medical (75% employer‑paid), Dental & Vision, PTO, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Schedule: Multiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am-8:00pm). Current opening: 11:00am-8:00pm. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required). Dispatching experience is a plus. Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus. "Can‑do" attitude and strong customer service skills. Highly proficient computer and typing skills. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Experience handling a multi‑line phone system. Good geographical knowledge of the service area and basic map‑reading skills.
