What You’ll Have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, event operations, delivering outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams. Proven ability to plan, execute, and operationalize virtual and in person events, including training weeks, sales readiness, technical enablement, and hackathons. Strong program management fundamentals, including building workback schedules, managing dependencies, driving change management, and mitigating risks to deliver on time and at quality. Experience managing cross functional stakeholders, aligning on objectives, handling escalations, and delivering clear, concise status updates and stakeholder ready communications. Demonstrated operational excellence, with experience building and running repeatable processes for registrations, communications, logistics coordination, and voucher or benefit distribution. Data driven approach with the ability to define success metrics, analyze program and event performance, and translate insights into continuous improvement actions. Ability to establish and maintain Rhythm of Business (ROB), including ownership of recurring cadences, agendas, action tracking, and accountability management. Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions with incomplete information, and adapt plans as business priorities evolve. Strong collaboration skills with a customer obsessed mindset, focused on delivering high quality partner experiences at scale. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience using program or project tracking tools for reporting and execution. Familiarity with training voucher management or learning benefit operations, including tracking, governance, and audit ready documentation. Experience creating scalable playbooks, templates, and operational frameworks to improve program execution and reduce delivery friction. Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $124,800- 137,280per year (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
