Seeking an experienced Mortgage Lender who is actively engaged with the Dewey-Prescott Valley market.

Dependent upon experience, this position has base income potential of $60,000 - $210,000/ year plus commission.

Adams Bank & Trust is a family-owned, regional bank with branches in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, and Arizona. We offer Commercial, Ag, and Retail products that allow our customers to utilize services both personally and and for their business. We are currently looking for a full time Financial Services Representative (Universal Banker) to service customers at our Fort Collins Remington branch. The ideal candidate is plugged-in and actively involved in the Dewey-Prescott Community and will bring extensive mortgage loan originating experience along with a successful track record of closing business. If you're a dynamic Mortgage Lender with a passion for real estate and community, we would like to connect!

This position requires an individual who is outgoing and motivated to make connections in the real estate market, create centers of influence, and generate referrals that lead to closed loans. Proven ability to generate loans and close them efficiently and according to bank policy. Ability to travel the Prescott, AZ area in order to meet with customers and develop relationships.

POSITION SUMMARY: Originates and closes secured real estate loans for in accordance with established lending objectives, policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential real estate customers, real estate agents and other financial institutions. Maximizes customer relationships through cross sales and relationship building.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics

Experience
4-5 years related sales/originating experience and/or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
