Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar degree from an accredited institution.

Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.

CPR certification is preferred.

Specialized certifications such as neurological or geriatric care are advantageous but not mandatory.

Prior experience is highly desirable.
