Forklift Operator - Northampton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with Geodis Logistics LLC in Northampton. This role involves operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers to safely transport, stack, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday 5pm to 1:30 am
Willing to do overtime when needed
Pay Rates
21.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator
Must be certified on reach trucks and cherry/order pickers
Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting
Skills and Qualifications for Forklift Operator
Proficient in operating reach forklifts and cherry pickers for high-rack storage retrieval
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety logs
Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures
Strong attention to detail when picking and staging inventory to ensure order accuracy
Key Responsibilities for Forklift Operator
Safely operate reach forklifts and cherry pickers in a busy warehouse environment
Transport, stack, and retrieve materials efficiently
Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate safety logs
Ensure high levels of order accuracy when picking and staging inventory
Location : Northampton. This position is based in a logistics and distribution hub.
