Key Job Responsibilities

This opportunity blends client relationship management, marketing execution, and strategic insight. In this position you will:

• Own and manage assigned client programs by developing a strong understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Create compelling digital assets and targeted content for websites, emails, promotions, and other marketing initiatives based on client objectives
• Maintain and update loyalty program websites and communication channels to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
• Analyze campaign performance and program data to identify trends and deliver meaningful, actionable insights to clients
• Support and execute email marketing strategies , including content development, scheduling, and performance reporting
• Provide top-tier customer service to ensure a seamless experience for clients and loyalty program participants
• Stay informed about each client’s industry, competitors, and market position to help deliver smart, customized marketing solutions

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience : Minimum 2 years in marketing, client services, or program operations
• Creative Skills : Proficiency in Canva, or similar tools for graphic design and content creation
• Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with email marketing platforms such as iContact or Constant Contact
• Soft Skills : Excellent time management, adaptability, active listening, teamwork, and a proactive, positive attitude
• Analytical Abilities : Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and turning insights into strategies
• Communication & Organization : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Initiative : A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and is eager to learn new tools and systems
