What You'll Do

• Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our proprietary tools along with your own connections
• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to uphold interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews facilitated, and successful hires originating from your outreach

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
