WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

We offer a schedule between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Administrative Specialist - Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the customer experience. You will greet customers with confidence, listen to their needs, and help them find tires, wheels, batteries, brake services, and automotive solutions that fit their vehicle and budget. You will create repair orders, coordinate work between technicians, answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely updates that keep customers informed throughout the service process. You will process paperwork, collect payments, assist with store accounting, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Whether you're helping a customer, supporting a coworker, or keeping the front office running efficiently, you will play a critical role in the success of the entire store.

• Valid driver's license

• Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type 30+ wpm (Typing test is required for pre-employment)

• Basic knowledge and efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
