Cyber Manager - Technology Resilience

Position Summary Tech Resilience Manager Lead complex resilience initiatives as a Manager, Technical Resilience, helping clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of resilience strategies across business, technology, and operational environments while guiding teams and advising senior stakeholders on continuity, recovery, and risk priorities. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale transformation efforts, strengthen enterprise resilience capabilities, and deliver practical solutions in complex client settings. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree6+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, technical resilience, cyber resilience, or risk program delivery6+ years of experience assessing business processes, technology environments, and interdependencies to identify operational or recovery risks6+ years of experience developing continuity plans, recovery strategies, procedures, or resilience program documentationExperience using one or more resilience, risk, or control frameworks such as International Organization for Standardization 22301, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or Control Objectives for Information and Related TechnologiesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Master's degreeExperience in consulting or professional servicesExperience supporting resilience programs in regulated industriesExperience facilitating tabletop exercises, simulations, or recovery testingOne or more certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional, Member of the Business Continuity Institute, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or Certified Information Security Manager The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
