Overview IAM Architect – Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) Term Contract (Preferred W2) Experience Minimum years of experience: 10+ years Top skills DataGrid DSR Services DataScan DataMap Insights reporting Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and Tier 1 support for all first-party privacy services, including DataGrid, DSR Services, DataScan, DataMap, Insights reporting. Oversee the maintenance and operation of the IcM Data Agent, which manages manual DSRs. Manage and resolve all IcMs assigned to the NGP Data Agent Support team across the above components. Provide accurate responses to all 1P privacy-related queries across multiple channels such as Email, Stack Overflow, and IcM. Develop new TSGs or update current ones to cover all issues addressed. Address and correct documentation issues identified by customers, ensuring validation through FTE review. Establish continuous measurement systems to monitor team performance and highlight monthly improvements.
