This unarmed driving post includes mobile patrol responsibilities, supporting daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support daily operations by assisting with crowd management, checking doors and gates, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal, store personnel, and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
