This position emphasizes supplier management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight to optimize purchasing processes and drive cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services
• Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and conditions
• Oversee purchase order management ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate inventory levels to support business needs while minimizing excess
• Monitor and control budget expenditures related to procurement activities
• Evaluate vendor performance for continuous improvement
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Generate reports to track purchasing metrics and inform decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Experience in inventory management and budgeting
• Demonstrated ability to reduce costs and improve procurement processes
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
