Wertheim, DE, 97877 Full Time Job Title: Leasing Coordinator (m/f/d) Based At: Wertheim Village KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Leasing Director in his work by fulfilling daily tasks with him Consistently updating all merchandising documents (Maps, Merch. Plan, Agenda/Minutes, Pipeline call) Coordinate meetings (presentations, catering, timing, rooms, invitations) Track the leasing timelines and dates Take minutes of every leasing meeting Prepare info packages and HoTs (internal and external) Maintain close communication with Legal regarding new documents (Insurance, Bank Guarantee, SEPA) Prepare internal presentations (Openings, JLD, Unit offers) Set up legal documents Check external maps (Village Maps) Update SharePoint Monthly bank reporting Support budget meetings and preparation Attend internal meetings (RDT; Compliance Meeting, etc.) Serve as point of contact for every department Maintain close communication with Finance regarding base rent uplifts Request all invoices to verify the investment sum, set up a PO to pay the contribution Work closely with the Business Analyst for support Double‑check which TI is paid, contracted, etc. Prepare negotiation sheets SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a real‑estate company/developer, accounting, legal studio, or retail company is ideal Working knowledge of real‑estate/legal issues Good communication skills and an outgoing personality Structured and independent way of working Flexible, critical thinker who is proactive and takes initiative Strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
