Clinical Research Manager

Clinical Research Manager - Bellevue, WA Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pay : $110,000 - $200,000 ($10,000 sign-on bonus) Duties Develop, manage, and execute the overall strategy and timelines for all active clinical trials. Monitor and guide the clinical trial team's activities, ensuring strict adherence to protocols. Proactively anticipate, mitigate, and resolve operational, regulatory, and safety risks, escalating issues to the Principal Investigator and sponsors when necessary. Oversee site-wide compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards and all regulatory/ethical requirements. Manage timely IRB submissions and renewals and ensure all trial documentation, including the Investigator Site File (ISF), is constantly audit-ready. Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, including sponsors, Contract Research Organizations, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate across internal clinical, billing, pharmacy, and administrative teams to streamline trial operations and drive success. Develop, manage, and monitor trial budgets, which includes negotiating site payments, tracking expenditures, and ensuring overall financial accountability. Required Skills Previous experience managing a research team at the site level. Minimum 2 years of clinical trial management experience (required). Experienced collaborating with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, vendors, and internal teams. Deeply knowledgeable about Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research ethics.
