Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a marketing coordinator to help build the brand of a small company in Madison, Ct. This is an after school company, and prior experience working in schools or summer camps is preferred. This person will be tasked with helping to grow the image and visibility for the company. This person will own day-to-day marketing across social media, branding, events, and the companies website. This person will work hands on with different AI tools to produce polished content quickly. The company's main customers are parents of young children, and the marketing coordinator will have to keep the brand consistent everywhere these families see it. This is a great role for a self-starter who loves variety and wants to own the entire process.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years creating newsletters, planning branding events, updating company websites, running social media, and creating video content

Prior experience in marketing/as a marketing coordinator

Experience using design software, ideally Canva or Bloom.AI

Experience in a small business/startup environment

Comfortable working without a strict plan in a fast paced environment Degree in marketing or communications

Previous work in an environment facing the parents of elementary aged children

Experience working with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Experience with Google Workspace
