SAP Technical Lead - Supply Chain

Salary: $149,000 - 189,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• We require at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• We require a minimum of 5 SAP ECC life cycle implementations.
• We prefer experience with the IBP suite, including Demand Forecasting, Supply, and Response.
• We look for strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, material movement, and warehouse operations.
• We look for experience with SAP interfaces, APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and integration frameworks.
• We look for knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and shop floor automation.
• We look for experience supporting manufacturing plant teams with day-to-day ERP processes.
• We value flexibility, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An MBA in a related field is preferred.

• We provide high-level production support for materials management, production planning, production execution, and demand and supply planning.
• We collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver strong operational support.
• We lead solution design, enhancements, and sustainability efforts across materials management, production planning, and production execution.
• We apply technical and functional expertise to create functional designs and solutions for Technical Developers supporting ECC development, including RICEFW objects and customizations.
• We participate in functional and technical reviews to validate SAP and non-SAP solution designs.
• We recommend approaches and execution plans to resolve complex business challenges.
• We work to create an environment where people and technology together achieve greater outcomes.
• We anticipate stakeholder needs and develop solution options for Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning areas.
• We support MM, PP, and production execution test scripts and help resolve defects.
• We assess end-user needs, define requirements using existing SAP templates, and communicate them to SAP functional teams.
• We handle ambiguous and unstructured issues effectively.
• We perform other duties as assigned.
