Office clerk (On-site) Part-time

File Clerk

We are looking for a File Clerk to support document management and scanning activities in an office environment.

• Scan and digitize physical documents from multiple file cabinets (approximately 9 cabinets with 5 drawers each; majority of drawers fully stocked)
• Prepare, organize, and track files prior to and after scanning
• Maintain accuracy and organization of electronic and physical records
• Operate copy machines and scanning equipment to ensure proper document imaging
• Perform basic filing, sorting, and document handling tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to operate a copy machine and scanning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills when handling large volumes of files
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working with physical files and document organization

Duration: approximately 6 months (services may be extended for up to a total of two years) Apply by deadline: 6/16/26 Shift Days/Times: M - F Flexible hours. approx 20 hrs/wk (between 9-5)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
