Custodian / Janitorial Associate
Location: Pearland, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join a manufacturing facility in Pearland, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and is able to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment, and work surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and production areas
- Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
- Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Must complete the company's standard hiring process
- Full-time, stable schedule
- Monday through Friday workweek
