Our client, a leader in industrial and building services, is seeking a dedicated Industrial HVAC Technician to join their team. As an Industrial HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and ensuring optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Industrial HVAC Technician

Location: Dayton, OH Pay Rate: $28/hr

What's the Job?

• Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
• Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and related mechanical components to resolve issues promptly
• Manage HVAC-related projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems for enhanced building performance
• Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair, ensuring safety and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems
• Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC
• Proficiency in project management and energy management practices
• Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and fire and life safety systems
• Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
