Job Description The QA Inspector ensures product quality and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment by performing inspections, monitoring processes, and supporting production operations. This role works closely with Operations and Quality leadership to meet customer specifications, maintain service levels, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

YOUR TASKS

Meet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs. Perform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner. Ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations. Perform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation. Identify, document, and escalation quality issues, non-conforming materials, and process risks. Assist with the control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures. Support QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations. Verify the use of approved materials, documentation, and quality control procedures throughout production. Perform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams. Assist with shipping activities, receiving inspections, and other operational support as needed. Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leadership to support production planning, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
