$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing to patients in the ICU, ensuring high-quality treatment, safety, and comfort. This role involves floating across units to support staffing needs during assigned shifts. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments based on patient condition. Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and facility protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient progress, procedures, and response to treatments accurately. Respond quickly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions. Qualifications: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience. Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment. Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Capable of adapting to different ICU units and patient needs.
