Urgent care nurses use the nursing process to perform a problem-focused assessment of the patient's primary concerns in the Urgent Care. Practice is commensurate with the standards of the Massachusetts State Nursing Act and CHA's delineated RN role, responsibilities and competencies.Qualifications/Experience:Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.BSN preferredAmerican Heart Association BLS required2 years current nursing experience required. 1 year current Emergency Department/Urgent Care experience required. Recent IV/ phlebotomy skills required.
