Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Outpatient Pelham, AL Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient team in Pelham, Alabama. This full-time role offers a predictable weekday schedule, light call requirements, and strong earning potential in a supportive clinical setting. Position Highlights 100% outpatient psychiatry Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule Limited call: 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month Competitive compensation with bonus structure Physician-led, team-based care model Established patient base and referral network Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management Maintain a consistent outpatient panel Collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists for coordinated care Ensure timely and accurate documentation Why Ally Psychiatry?
